Each building was a B+G+4 storey structure with approx 17,000 m2 of gross built up area.The MEP scope of work of above project was of complex nature with several specialized services like lighting control system, fire alarm, voice evacuation and back ground music system, CCTV, access control, closed control AC units, central battery emergency lighting firefighting system, CO2 and HFC 227ea fire suppression system, automatic diesel fuel pumping system, stair case pressurization, basement ventilation with CO2 sensors etc all linked to BMS system.
